Instead, we’d like to share a simple 2-minute breathing exercise that can help you regain focus and relieve some anxiety. It’s not much, but it’s what we can do now and sometimes it’s just about baby steps, right?
After doing this exercise, you should feel ready to tackle that project you’ve been putting off, a walk in the park, or the pile of laundry at the end of your bed.
