Davis Russell is Chief of Staff at Active & Connected Family Therapy. He works as part of the leadership team to optimize operations, financial strategy and organizational growth across Active & Connected Family Therapy offices. He supports the practice’s site leads and drives practice-wide initiatives.
Before joining Active & Connected Family Therapy, Davis served as an artillery officer in the United States Marine Corps, and also worked as a strength and conditioning assistant for University of Delaware football. Davis holds a B.S. in Sport Management from the University of Delaware and joined Active & Connected Family Therapy after earning his MBA with a healthcare concentration from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
Outside of work, Davis enjoys spending his time with his family, friends, partner, and rescue dog. He also stays active as a competitive powerlifter and semi-competitive pickleball player.
