Geetings! I a trauma-informed social worker and wellness professional who believes that emotional and physical health are deeply connected and should be supported together for lasting healing.
My therapeutic approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and integrative, creating space for safety, self-awareness, and empowered transformation within a trauma-informed framework.
I graduated in 2023 with a Master of Social Work degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and I am supervised by Caroline Megargle at active and connected.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and families navigating crisis, loss, substance use, and experiences of sexual and physical abuse, with a focus on restoring safety, communication, and connection in family units.
In my practice, I blend traditional therapeutic models like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and family systems work with role plays, somatic tools, and movement-based healing to support the whole person—mind and body.
In my free time, I enjoy Jujitsu, Muay Thai, hiking, backpacking, tennis, spending time with any animal, reading fantasy novels by the nearest watering hole, and traveling to learn from other cultures. I’m always eager to try something new and continue learning.
I provide trauma-informed therapy that addresses the biopsychosocial self through a compassionate, integrated lens.
Currently, I work out of the Rio Road office in Charlottesville offering both in-person and virtual services.
