My name is Massiel, and I serve as one of the Care Coordinators at Active & Connected Family Therapy. I am often one of the first points of contact for new families, and I am passionate about making sure everyone who contacts us feels heard, supported, and welcomed from their very first interaction. In my role, I help guide clients through the initial intake process, answer questions about our services, and coordinate closely with our clinical team to ensure a seamless match with the right therapist.
Originally from the Dominican Republic, where I practiced as a dentist, I bring a unique clinical perspective alongside more than 10 years of experience in customer service and healthcare administration. This background allows me to navigate the intake process with a balance of precise efficiency and deep empathy for every individual's wellness journey. Outside of the office, you can find me hiking local trails and cherishing quality time with my family.
