I am a compassionate and dedicated counseling student eager to support individuals in their journey towards recovery and personal growth. I am currently pursuing an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. I believe all people have inherent and beautiful worth and desire to help my clients discover theirs. Under the supervision of Morgan Lanier, LPC, I provide empathetic and client-centered counseling services to individuals facing a variety of challenges. I have a special interest in working with teens, college students, and clients struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, and depression. I completed my practicum at Momentum Counseling where I worked specifically with clients struggling with eating disorders and their relationship with their body and exercise. I use an empathetic, nonjudgmental, and relationship-based approach to counseling while incorporating movement and the mind/body connection. My goal is to provide a safe space that empowers my client towards holistic healing. I would consider it a privilege to work with clients from any culture and am LGTBQIA+ allied. While I work towards becoming an LPC, I also work as a mother/baby nurse for pregnant women, postpartum women, and newborn babies where I support women and families in difficult transition times in their lives. I have experience working with middle school, college, and high school students. Currently, I lead small groups and mentor middle school students at my church.
Outside of my internship I love to run, spend time with my twin sister and friends, serve at my church, find the nearest coffee shop, and play all the games!
