Hello! I'm so glad you're here! I am a Resident in Counseling with a Master’s degree in Relational, Marriage, & Family Counseling from William & Mary. In therapy, I am passionate about helping people accomplish their hopes and goals for counseling. I hold the belief that every person already contains within them the tools they need to accomplish the healing they are searching for, and I look forward to walking alongside clients in their journey!
My clinical focus is a blend of both individual and systems/relational based work.
I have experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma, sexual violence, exploration of self/identity, navigating life transitions, values work, somatic/nervous system regulation, and navigating relational challenges in their lives, but I am open to working with any presenting concern! I also have experience working with relationships, relationship struggles, couples counseling, family counseling, and with children through both a talk and child-centered play therapy based approach.
I utilize an integrative theoretical approach to counseling that is tailored to fit the needs of each individual client (or clients). I enjoy integrating a holistic, integrative approach to counseling that centers the person and their lived experience first and foremost. I enjoy working with clients from diverse backgrounds, am LGBTQ+ and trans affirming, and am committed to recognizing the role of systems of oppression and intersectionality in our lives. The therapeutic relationship I build centers on collaboration, warmth, trust, and client autonomy and empowerment.
Personally, I am a big lover of the outdoors and enjoy anything outside, traveling, reading, and doing yoga! I am currently supervised by Matt Browning, LPC. I provide both in person and telehealth services out of the Arlington office!
