Kalley Seitz, MS
Bio

I am Kalley Seitz, a Resident in Counseling under the supervision of Matthew Browning, LPC. I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults experiencing anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, and ADHD from a trauma-informed lens.

Your emotions make you human, and I am here to provide a non-judgmental space for you to talk through those feelings. I offer a person-centered and mindful approach to therapy, allowing clients to lead their journey toward healing. I believe that creating a warm and compassionate environment will allow you to feel safe and grounded during every session.

My experiences providing trauma therapy at Skyline Mental Health in Charlottesville have shaped my overall therapy approach of using Somatic Experiencing, Polyvagal Theory, and some IFS/Parts Work in session. I graduated from Virginia Tech (go hokies!) in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development, and was an active instructor of the Body Project, a National Eating Disorder Association workshop to promote body positivity. I received my Master’s in Counselor Education, on the Clinical Mental Health track at Longwood University in May of 2025.

I provide in-person and teletherapy services in Virginia and work out of the Crozetoffice.

In my free time, I can be found playing with my dog Moose, spending meaningful timewith my friends and family, or reading!
