I am Kalley Seitz, a Resident in Counseling under the supervision of Matthew Browning, LPC and Amanda Sovik-Johnston, Ph.D. I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults experiencing anxiety, OCD, body image concerns, ARFID and other eating disorders.
I am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, and incorporate exposure based techniques in my practice. My sessions are led from a mindfulness, person centered approach, with elements of CBT and DBT. I believe that creating a warm and compassionate environment in therapy will allow you to feel safe and grounded during every session.
I graduated from Virginia Tech (go hokies!) in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development, and was an active instructor of the Body Project, a National Eating Disorder Association workshop to promote body positivity. I received my Master’s in Counselor Education, on the Clinical Mental Health track at Longwood University in May of 2025.
I provide in-person and teletherapy services in Virginia and work out of the Crozet office.
In my free time, I can be found playing with my dog Moose, crafting, spending meaningful time with my friends and family, or reading!
