Hi! I specialize in working with children and adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, self-esteem issues, and school problems. In my practice, I aim to create genuine connections in order to foster growth and address challenges with clients and families in a meaningful and impactful way. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, accepting, and strengths-based. I provide techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and strive for client-led, trauma-informed practices.
I grew up in North Potomac, Maryland. I graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Spanish. In June 2026, I graduated from the University of Denver with a Master of Social Work degree. During my time at DU, I worked in Denver Public Schools providing individual and group therapy to elementary school-aged kids.
I am currently a supervisee in Clinical Social Work under supervision of Sarah Lotchin, LCSW and Amanda Sovik-Johnston, Ph.D. I provide face-to-face and walk-and-talk therapy sessions in our Richmond office. In my free time, I enjoy spending time reading, running, sewing, and watching movies.
